Yummy Little Tea Cakes
Ingredients
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
One 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 package Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar. (Batter will be the consistency of mashed potatoes.) Prepare tart pan (or mini-muffin pan) with cooking spray. Fill each about 3/4 full. Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cool a few minutes, then remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar.
Makes: 36. Can also make into cookies!
